Οικονομοτεχνική μελέτη εφαρμογής συστήματος Ενυδρειοπονίας σε αστικό περιβάλλον: κοινωνικοοικονομικοί παράγοντες μετατροπής βιοτεχνικής εγκατάστασης σε αειφόρο σύστημα αγαθών και υπηρεσιών

Abstract

Σκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας είναι η εφαρμογή σύγχρονων μεθόδων λήψης αποφάσεων και αξιολόγησης επενδύσεων στη βάση της αειφόρου προσέγγισης ενός ολοκληρωμένου συστήματος παραγωγής τροφίμων. Αρχικά προσδιορίζονται οι βασικές θεωρίες που εκφράζουν το τι μέχρι στιγμής ορίζεται ως αειφορία, ή αλλιώς βιώσιμη ανάπτυξη και επιχειρείται μια ιστορική αναδρομή της προσέγγισης του προβλήματος μέσα από την διαμόρφωση αστικών κέντρων και υδραυλικών πολιτισμών. Στη συνέχεια παρουσιάζονται τα σύγχρονα μοντέλα της αστικής καλλιέργειας τα οποία πληρούν όλα τα κριτήρια για την επίτευξη αειφόρου ανάπτυξης, με εφαρμογή τόσο για εμπορικούς, όσο και για ενημερωτικούς ή επιμορφωτικούς σκοπούς. Το δεύτερο μέρος της εργασίας περιλαμβάνει την κατασκευή ενός παραγωγικού και επενδυτικού μοντέλου αστικής φάρμας. Για την οικονομική και επενδυτική αξιολόγηση του εγχειρήματος, κατασκευάστηκε ένα πρόγραμμα βελτιστοποίησης παραγωγής κάνοντας χρήση μεθόδων επιχειρησιακής έρευνας. Δοκιμάστηκαν είδη καλλιέργειας που ενδείκνυνται για ενυδρειοπονία καθώς και καλλιεργούμενα είδη που έχουν δοκιμαστεί σε ενυδρειοπονικά συστήματα με επιτυχία και παρουσιάζουν εμπορικό ενδιαφέρον. Ακολούθως, προσδιορίστηκαν τέσσερα βασικά παραγωγικά σενάρια στη βάση της μεγιστοποίησης του μεικτού περιθωρίου κέρδους και αξιολογήθηκαν ως επενδυτικές προτάσεις. Τέλος, εφαρμόστηκαν μέθοδοι ανάλυσης ευαισθησίας προκειμένου να καθοριστεί η ενδεικτική στρατηγική κάθε σεναρίου με ταυτόχρονη εξέταση των οικονομικών και κοινωνικών τους προεκτάσεων. Τα συμπεράσματα της εργασίας επιβεβαιώνουν την δυνατότητα ανάπτυξης κερδοφόρου παραγωγικής διαδικασίας στη βάση της αειφόρου ανάπτυξης με αντίστοιχες θετικές οικονομικές και περιβαλλοντικές προεκτάσεις.

This paper attempts to substantiate the necessity of the development approach with sustainability criteria. In the first part of the paper identifies key theories expressing what so far defined as sustainability or otherwise sustainable development and the reasons that made us today to discuss this problem. It presents the arguments for each theory individually and become clear to which pillar focuses each of the theory. Secondly is analysed historically how urban centres of antiquity evolved to hydraulic civilizations which was a determining factor for the urbanization of society. But unlike nowadays, there is a possibility of a disaster if we do not calculate the depth the economic and environmental implications that are created by the increasing needs of their residents. To avoid this outcome, are given proposals for exploitation of water resources and thus the soil, applying old practices and modern water collection techniques. Focusing on the light interventions, recycling and re- use of materials. Finally, presented urban agriculture models- farms, which fulfil all criteria to achieve sustainable development by applying both for commercial purposes but also for information or training. Great interest presents models of urban farming that are developed in order to survive in the Palestine area. After documenting the necessity, it was appropriate to create and evaluate a model of urban culture in the second part For the economic evaluation of the project it was constructed a production optimization program using models of operation research. Designing from the origin projects in a sustainable way not only prove profitable, but present positive economic and environmental repercussions in society.
