Απόκριση φυτών εσπεριδοειδών που αναπτύχθηκαν υπό συνθληκες διαφοροποιημένης θρέψης τους ως προς τον σίδηρο και το μαγγάνιο.

Abstract

Σκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας είναι η εκτίμηση της απορρόφησης θρεπτικών στοιχείων από δύο γενοτύπους εσπεριδοειδών. Τα υποκείμενα νεραντζιά (Citrus aurantium .L) και Carrizo citrange (C. sinensis cv Washington navel × Poncirus trifoliata ). Σπορόφυτα των δυο υποκειμένων αναπτύχθηκαν σε πλαστικά δοχεία και αρδεύονταν με διάλυμα θρεπτικών στο οποίο ο σίδηρος και το μαγγάνιο χορηγήθηκαν σε τρία επίπεδα συγκέντρωσης το καθένα. Fe (1,12 3,36 10,08 ) mgl-1 και Mn(0,55 1,38 3,45 )mgl-1. Δημιουργήθηκαν επομένως εννέα διαφορετικά διαλύματα λόγω των συνδυασμών συγκεντρώσεων Fe και Mn. Τα φυτά συγκομίσθηκαν και προσδιορίσθηκε η πρόσληψη των θρεπτικών στοιχείων Ca, Mg, K, P, Mn, Zn, Fe. Τα φυτά του Carrizo citrange αυξήθηκαν περισσότερο σε ύψος και σε ξηρό βάρος. Για τη Νεραντζιά η ικανότητα να προσλαμβάνει θρεπτικά στοιχεία επηρεάστηκε αρνητικά από την συγκέντρωση του Mn στο θρεπτικό διάλυμα. Ενώ στο Carrizo citrange η πρόσληψη των θρεπτικών στοιχείων ήταν μεγαλύτερη με την αύξηση της συγκέντρωσης του Fe στο θρεπτικό διάλυμα.

The aim of the present study is the evaluation of nutrients acquisition at two citrus rootstocks. Sour orange (Citrus aurantium L.) and Carrizo citrange (C. sinensis cv Washington navel × Poncirus trifoliata ). Seedlings of the rootstocks were grown in plastic pots and irrigated with nutritional solution with three different concentrations of iron and manganese. Fe (1,12 3,36 10,08 )mgl-1 and Mn (0,55 1,38 3,45 )mgl-1 consequently we have nine nutritional solutions due to the combine between Fe and Mn. Then plants were harvested and determined the uptake of nutrients Ca, Mg, K, P, Mn, Zn, and Fe from the nutritional solution. At the Carrizo citrange the height and the dry weight of the plant were increased. For the Sour orange the ability of uptake nutrients affected negatively of the concentration of Mn in the solution. While for the Carrizo citrange the ability of uptake nutrients affected positively from the increasing of concentration Fe in the nutritional solution.
